In the last year, HMD Global had released an Android 11 update roadmap for Nokia devices, for around 15 smartphones supposed to get the latest version of Android between the Q4 of 2020 and Q2 of 2021. Out of these smartphones, seven are already running on Android 11, whether the update for other mobiles has been postponed- these devices will get their Android 11 update in the coming days. So the fact is you have to wait a while to get the taste of the latest Android 11 if you didn’t get the update of your phone.
HMD has cleared a revised Android 11 update roadmap for Nokia handsets, which tells us that the Nokia 6.2, 7.2, and 9 PureView, which were ready to get Android 11 in Q2 2021, will now receive the update in the third quarter of this year, means anytime between July and September 2021.
Having said that, the list of phones slated to get Android 11 this year includes- Nokia 1 Plus, 5.4, 1.4, 2.4, 1.3, 2.3, 3.4, and 5.3. The last four phones were going to receive the update before April. We hope that HMD Global will provide the update to these phones in the schedule.
