Design:

Itel designed this affordable A36 device beautifully and given a solid build formation. The smartphone is small, compact and lightweight; it is easy to bear and hold in hand. Its shiny back panel will attract you- at first sight. Yes, regarding its price, it offers an excellent design and builds quality. The mobile goes for sale in two different colours- Gradation Blue and Black. 

Display: 

Itel adorned the A36 model with a 5.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen. (720 x 1520, 18:9, 282 PPI).

Its 5.5-inch HD plus display provides natural colours and contrasts to assure a present content watching experience. Though its aspect ratio is not updated, it is acceptable for its price. Well, the screen is bright, and its higher pixel density will let you immerse in it.

Chipset and Memory:

itel powered the A36 device with the UniSoC SC7731E processor. It is a quad-core CPU with Mali-400 MP2 GPU. (4 × 1.3 GHz, Cortex-A7). Ram and Storage: The phone offers only 1 GB ram and 16 GB of inside memory.

The UniSoC SC7731E (28 nm) is a Cortex-A7 based quad-core chipset. It is not a suitable chip for gaming and heavy multitasking. It can only handle your normal everyday’s tasks. The device offers only 1 GB of ram, so- you have to make sure that you install small apps to get a stable performance for a long time.

Camera:

The itel A36 got a 5 MP single rear camera on the back and a 5 MP single selfie sensor at the front.

Camera Performance: Its 5MP rear camera is pretty decent regarding its price. It captures sharp, colourful photos in good light conditions. But if you zoom in on its photos, you will see a lack of details- which is normal at this price. Also, its 5 MP selfie camera performs the same as its rear lens. The selfie camera always tries to put an extra glow on photos.

Network and Connectivity, Sensors:

It is a basic phone, and but you will get 4G, 3G and 2G networks with it. It will provide decent internet speed for browsing and YouTube streaming. Itel also supplied- Loudspeaker, Wi-Fi, hotspot, a 3.5mm jack, FM radio, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, and micro USB 2.0.

Sensors: itel implemented a rear-mounted fingerprinted sensor; yes, it is workable and reliable. itel also enabled these fundamental sensors- Light sensor, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor.

Battery Backup and Operating System:

itel provided a 3020 mAh Li-Ion battery to run the device and to charge up it itel delivered a 5W regular micro USB 2.0 charger. Yes, for containing a small display, this battery will give you an entire day’s backup in medium usage, and its adapter will not take more than 2 hours to refill the battery.

OS: The A36 runs on the Go variant of Android 9. The UI is not that clean but still simple to operate.

This phone offers some basic features at a reasonable price tag. Though it will not perfect for gaming and multitasking, it would be a decent phone for old-age people or beginners who need a phone for learning how to use a smartphone.
