Quick Bangla Review Video about Xiaomi Poco M3
[lyte id=’CAcLPgv2CDw’ /]
Everyone, Tammi is here. As many of you know, I don't just like to cover the flagship phones and the more budget devices. And yesterday, Poco announced their new m three smartphone, and they sent it over for us to check out. And this truly is a budget device at launch.
Yes, this is an awesome phone with a $129 phone. When we go through this phone, keep in mind, and get some hands-on with the device. We'll also take a look at what comes inside the box. So let's go and get started with the unboxing of the Poco M3.
And here's the poco m three highlighting one of the biggest features about this phone, the 6000 milliamp-hour battery, which is very large. And then on the side, it specifically says with easy access to the Google apps that use the most opening up a box.
We're going to set the phone to the side for now. So we've got our sim ejection tool inside looks like we have standard booklets here, and look at this as an extra as wow seems like not just one but two extra as a screen protector and a clear case pretty awesome that they include some extras at that price point.
continuing through looks like we have a few different whoops poco style bracelets, a braided style bracelet, and everything you need, nothing you don't, along with just the poco logo. And finally, you have charging cable USB Type-A to USB type C, and you do get your charging brick included.
The Poco M3 is a 22.5-watt charging brick and onto the poco m3 specs 48-megapixel main sensor 6.53-inch display, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. I believe, a full leather on the back of it, which gives it a nicer feel in my opinion than plastic wood. Now let's boot the phone up for the first time and take a close look at the M three down at the bottom is a microphone USB C slot and one of your dual speakers.
Moving along the right side is your power button, which has a bit of an indent because this is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. We'll test that out in just a second. And then above that is your to volume rockers. A quick look at that fairly minimal camera bump and moving along towards the top, you've got a microphone, a 3.5-millimeter headphone jack, you've got another one of the speakers, and an IR blaster, which I'm pleased to see that a lot of phones have those nowadays.
On the left side dual, SIM card slot and a micro SD card slot for expandable storage, and flipping it over the back; a unique look to the camera does have the poco logo on the right side.
Now you do have a 48-megapixel standard wide-angle lens, and then you have two two-megapixel lenses. One's a macro lens, and one's a depth-sensing lens. They're probably not going to be of too much use. But I'm pretty excited to see what this 48-megapixel sensor can do.
No ultra-wide-angle lens, which you got to keep in mind that price point and finally a close look at that back again full leather feel that has a good amount of grip to it since it has some texture. One more thing I'm noticing is that the back of the phone sort of slopes towards the display gives it a little bit of a different feel when holding the phone regularly.
In no way is it uncomfortable. Now I'm going to run through the startup process and only talk about anything noteworthy. Now let's add our fingerprint. I'm just going to set our thumb down on the right side lifted on up with a power button mounted fingerprint scanner. I also find that I'll register one of my left-hand pointer fingers or middle finger. When I hold it with my left hand, I can also unlock it that I accidentally just registered part of my middle finger, so hopefully, that doesn't mA it up.
I will test this out once I get it all set up and ready to go. Just continuing through, and there we go, added you could add more later. Let's continue through you have the option to choose a theme classic or limitless. You can add more later as well. We are now on the home screen of the poco m three. Let's take a closer look at that 6.53 inch 10 EDP IPS LCD. There is that front-facing camera.
And if you're wondering, the M three comes with four gigabytes of RAM now; let's go ahead and dive into display settings where you can turn on a dark mode if you'd like to, you can schedule it. So there we go. dark mode is now ongoing back home. It even applies it to the lock screen. Which is kind of cool.
There's also a color scheme option where you can change the colors if you want to have a more saturated or just standard contrast. Or you can define if you want a warmer cooler or a custom display. Now let's dive into the camera app. Maybe real quick, take a couple of quick shots. There's one, and it didn't take that time, there's too. There we go. All right, so shutter speed, there's a slight delay, nothing too crazy. Within the app, you'll notice an HDR mode that you can turn on auto or on. So we're going to turn it on the auto.
There's an AI camera that will detect what you are taking a picture of and adjust. And down at the bottom, you have a Pro mode where you can customize white balance, ISO, aperture, all of that good stuff, video portrait mode, and if we go into more, they have a 48-megapixel mode to take full advantage of that camera lens and a night mode. Now let's test out that fingerprint scanner.
I'm going to rest my thumb on it, and it did unlock, so I didn't press the button there. So if you rest your finger on it, it will unlock your phone. If I quickly press on it and avoid my fingerprint, it will take you to the lock screen and set it down.
It does seem to be very quick. If I press the button and have my finger on the fingerprint scanner, it will unlock it right away when you press it, so you can do it either way where you rest it down without pressing or press it. The M three has me UI skin on top of Android 10. At the moment, hopefully, Android 11 will come soon.
And scrolling though, there are some additional settings such as a full-screen display if you would like to use those full-screen gestures. There are also button shortcuts so you can quickly go to specific apps or maybe turn on your flashlight with a combination of buttons. Overall, I wanted to talk about everything for now with the poco m three again 6000 milliamp-hour battery.
I have to say it doesn't weigh too much. Overall it's crazy how light this phone is, considering it has such a big battery.
