The OnePlus Nord N1 5G is going to be announced as OnePlus Nord CE 5G

Earlier in February, we heard the leak that OnePlus will launch a new 5G enabled mid-range device as a successor of the Nord N10 5G, and the phone will be called the Nord N1 5G. But now another leak comes around that talks the device will get a different name- it will be the Nord CE 5G.

Today, a tweet from ‘Max Jambor’ tells that the smartphone will be named the Nord CE 5G; instead of the first leak revealed (Nord N1 5G). It seems OnePlus has thought to change the name before the official announcement.

Indeed, the new name of the mobile seems even harder to call- but we can’t complain. Also, there are no such words about what’s the ‘CE’ stands for? We don’t know more about the Nord CE 5G, no images, no specs. But, we will be glad to see the phone as affordable as the Nord N10 5G. Let’s take a glance at the Nord N10 5G’s specifications so that you will get some ideas for how the phone’s successor will be.

The Nord N10 5G offers a 6.49-inch full HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch hole for the selfie camera. The device is powering up by the Snapdragon 690 5G and has 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage. It features a 64MP quad rear-camera setup in the back and a 16MP front-facing lens. Also, you will receive a 4300mAh battery, a 30W fast charger, a back-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a headphone jack.

The N10 5G comes only in Midnight Ice colour. But we expect that the new ‘OnePlus Nord CE 5G’ will come in more than one colour.
